What to do if your GSC figure is defected

~Hello! This is FiguresForU!

Today we are going to talk about what to do if your Good Smile Company figure has a suspected defect, or like a really bad paint job.

Story Mode
I got my first nendoroid, Hatsune Miku 2.0, when I noticed the ball joints were broken on her twin tails, inside the box I noticed it! I didn't know what to do. I tried to repair it, but it was really wedged in there and I didn't have any money to get supplies to fix it. So I looked around support at GSC's site and I found: "Product Inquiries" I clicked on it, filled out all the information needed, attached some pictures of the defect, and I emailed it. I got an email back a few days later saying that they would send me the replacement parts needed with the address I provided.

Simple! You just tell them what happened, give them your address (Good smile company is completely safe), add some pictures, and they might send you replacement parts!

Note.) They will not send you replacement parts if you broke the product itself, or if the product is over a year old. You do not have to pay for the parts. The parts come in about 1-2 weeks.

Look what came today! Miku will be so happy.

Thanks for reading! Bye.
